We're proposing to lease a 177.61 m² space within the Gary Holland Community Centre at 19 Kent Street, Rockingham. The proposed tenant is RSM Australia Pty Ltd. The space has an annual rent of $36,700 plus GST, which will increase by 3% each year and be reviewed against market rates in the third year.
The lease is planned for an initial two‑year term, with the option to extend for a further three years. This notice is provided in line with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
