The City of Rockingham has recently reviewed its Leasing Policy and proposed some updates to enhance the existing lease categories, responsibilities and processes, and to ensure the policy is applied fairly and consistently across the City. The overall purpose and intent of the policy remain unchanged.

A copy of the draft Council Policy - Leasing is available to download here or can be viewed at the City of Rockingham Libraries or the City’s Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Submissions close 4.30pm on Wednesday 10 June 2026.
