We have received an application seeking Development Approval for four two-storey grouped dwellings at Lot 632 (No.4) Regan Street, Rockingham.
The application seeks approval for variations to the setback requirements under the Rockingham Strategic Centre Precinct Structure Plan, specifically:
- Reducing the primary street setback to Regan Street from 4 m to 3.2 m
- reducing the side setback to the south-western boundary from 2 m to 1.2 m
- reducing the rear setback from 4 m to 2.1 m.
