Proposal

We have received a Development Application seeking approval to use the existing Ancillary Accommodation (Granny Flat) at Lot 230 (No.22) Bermuda Road, Safety Bay, for Unhosted Short-Term Rental Accommodation purposes, as described below:

  • A maximum of four guests may occupy the premises at any one time, with a minimum stay of three nights required for each booking
  • parties and events will not be permitted, and only registered guests will be allowed on the property
  • Thryve Property has been appointed as the Property Manager and will act as the primary contact for any disturbances or complaints
  • the main dwelling on the site is leased separately from the granny flat and is not involved in this proposal
  • a House Management Plan has been submitted to support the application.
