Proposal
We have received an application seeking approval for an Unhosted Short-Term Rental Accommodation (USTRA) (Holiday House) at Lot 1042 (No.48) Brindabella Avenue, Rockingham.
The proposal is summarised as follows:
- The Dwelling comprises of four Bedrooms and two bathrooms with space available for two parking bays in the driveway
- the USTRA will accommodate up to a maximum of eight guests
- each booking will require a minimum two night stay
- all bookings will be made through online booking platforms and managed by the landowner
- guest check-in will occur between 2pm-10pm, and check-out prior to 10am
- any complaints will be managed by the landowner who is available at all times and can attend the site within 30 minutes if necessary
- house rules include the following:
- no smoking indoors
- no pets are permitted
- no parties are permitted
- no additional visitors are permitted on site
- quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
