Proposal

We have received an application seeking approval for an Unhosted Short-Term Rental Accommodation (USTRA) (Holiday House) at Lot 276 (No.11) Greenock Road, Baldivis.

The proposal is summarised as follows:

  • The dwelling comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms
  • the applicant has indicated there is space available for four parking bays on the driveway and in the garage on site
  • the USTRA will accommodate up to a maximum of eight guests
  • all bookings will be managed through online booking platforms
  • guest check-in between 3pm-10pm, and check-out before 11am
  • any complaints are managed by a concierge located in Hammond Park
  • house rules include the following:
    • no smoking at the premises
    • no parties or events permitted
    • active noise monitoring via on-site systems
    • strict noise limits, during evening and night time hours.
