We have received an application seeking Development Approval for a free standing Solar Panel Stand to be erected on the property at Strata Lot 9 (9/388) Fletcher Road, Karnup.

Details of the proposal are as follows:

• The proposed structure is 13.6 metres long, 3.4 metres wide and up to 2.2 metres in height
• the structure is proposed to be setback 8 metres from the northern lot boundary, in lieu of 10 metres required in the Special Rural zone. Discretion is therefore sought to vary the minimum required side boundary setback.
