We have received a Development Assessment Panel Application seeking Development Approval for a Tavern at Lot 701 (No.124) Kerosene Lane, Baldivis.

The proposed Tavern development comprises the following:

• An internal layout including a bar, dining, restaurant, function room, kitchen, storage and public and staff toilets
• external areas including a beer garden, children's playground, and service delivery yard
• landscaping along McDonald Road and Sierra Parade
• a total development site area of 1,467 m².

Please note that the City of Rockingham is not the decision maker for this application which will instead be determined by the Metro Outer Development Assessment Panel (MODAP).

The City will provide a recommendation to the MODAP through a Responsible Authority Report.

As part of preparing the RAR, the City is seeking your comments on the proposal. All comments received will be included within the RAR to ensure that the community’s views have the opportunity to form part of the MODAP’s consideration of the proposal.

These meetings are open to public and all submitters will be notified of the meeting date once confirmed.
