• The dwelling comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms
• guest parking is to be provided on-site in the double carport and driveway
• a maximum of eight guests may occupy the premises at any one time
• the check-in time will be 3pm and check-out time will be by 10am
• quiet hours will be from 10pm-7am daily
• MadeComfy will act as the Property Manager and primary contact for any disturbances or complaints with a 24/7 contact available
• house rules include no parties or antisocial behaviour and no smoking or pets unless approved
• a house management plan has been submitted to support the application.
