We have received an application seeking Development Approval for Unhosted Short-Term Rental Accommodation (USTRA) at Lot 106 (No.18) Wandoo Drive, Baldivis.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The dwelling comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms
- guest parking is to be provided on-site in the double carport and driveway
- a maximum of eight guests may occupy the premises at any one time
- the check-in time will be 3pm and check-out time will be by 10am
- quiet hours will be from 10pm-7am daily
- MadeComfy will act as the Property Manager and primary contact for any disturbances or complaints with a 24/7 contact available
- house rules include no parties or antisocial behaviour and no smoking or pets unless approved
- a house management plan has been submitted to support the application.
