Details of the proposal are provided as follows:

• A maximum of two guests and a minimum three night stay is applicable to each booking
• the owner’s will continue to reside at the property, however, they will be absent for periods of time and therefore not always present when guests are on-site
• Easy Home Rentals has been engaged as the property manager and will attend the premises in the event of a disturbance or other emergency
• a management plan has been submitted to support the application.
