• A maximum of five guests will be permitted at any one time
• there is one secured car parking space on-site allocated for use by the subject unit
• Rockingham Visitor Centre has been engaged as the property manager and will attend the premises in the event of a disturbance or other emergency
• quiet hours are between 10pm-7am
• a House Management Plan has been submitted, 'House Rules' are in place e.g. no parties or gatherings, no smoking.
